In an online, anonymous questionnaire survey scored on a 4-point Likert scale where participants were asked to mark any of the four possible responses i.e. Strongly Agree; Agree; Disagree or Strongly Disagree which was sent to 200 respondents out of which 150 were returned making it a 75% response rate.

A total of 15 open ended questionnaires were sent through email to the targeted population size of 200 members of Staff from Grade Level 15 and above (Directors and the Permanent Secretary), Grade Level 7 – 14 (Senior Staff) and Grade Level 1 – 6 (Junior Staff).

The random sample set of 200 was composed of male and female workforce within the age bracket of 23 to 59.
