By completing this piece of work you should be able to demonstrate that you have a well-defended view about the role of ethical thinking in decision-making about cases. The assignment has two parts. The first part gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your theoretical grasp of the subject; the second, your ability to apply your knowledge to a plausible scenario and to deal adequately with ethical issues which you identify.

Critically review and rewrite Reamer’s framework giving the reasons for your changes. Your arguments should be well constructed and any opinion or claim well defended.  
You will need to show by your arguments that you have considered the following questions: Are there significant omissions in Reamer’s framework which need to be remedied?  Are the various items presented in a logical way? What are the strengths and weaknesses respectively of the main ethical perspectives: Kant(duty), Utilitarian (outcomes/ consequences), Virtue (character)? What other theories might we want to consider and why? (At a minimum consider one additional theory.)  Your criteria also need to reflect the possible contribution of the articles of codes of practice and the main elements of anti-oppressive practice?  
It is expected that will have consulted a range of texts and journal articles in completing this assignment. These need to be appropriately mentioned in the content of your script and properly described in your reference list. (Harvard or similar referencing conventions should be used.)
